IFP Corporate Finance advises UAB MCT on a EUR 7.5 million medical rehabilitation centre project
IFP Corporate Finance advised UAB MCT on raising EUR 5.7 million of new financing. The funds will be allocated to the development, launch and operation of a modern medical rehabilitation centre in Druskininkai, a popular wellness resort in southern Lithuania. The centre is planned to be opened in the second half of 2015.
The overall investment programme of the new rehabilitation centre amounts to EUR 7.5 million (LTL 26 million). Alongside investments by the current shareholders and Practica Venture Capital fund, an additional EUR 2 million (LTL 7 million) long-term bank financing and EUR 2.2 million (LTL 7.6 million) EU structural funds aid have been attracted to finance the project.

UAB MCT is currently developing a 90-room and 177-bed medical rehabilitation centre in Druskininkai. The centre will include 35 medical procedure rooms, gymnastics and fitness halls, conference halls, SPA zone and a restaurant.
